SUBMISSION OF LIFE CERTIFICATE OF PENSIONERS THROUGH ANDROID MOBILE PHONE ON JEEVAN PRAMAAN APP (STARTING FROM 01 OCT TO 30 NOV 2023 FOR ABOVE 80 YEARS AND FROM 01 NOV TO 30 NOV 2023 FOR BELOW 80 YEARS PENSIONERS)
Step-I – Download two apps on your mobile phone (1) “Aadhar Face RD (Early Access) application” (Version 0.7.43) and (2) “Jeevan Pramaan App” (Version 3.6.3) from Google Play Store.
Step-2 – Process for authentication of Operator for one time (Pensioner can also be a Operator). One Operator can generate of multiple pensioners :- Open ‘Jeevan Pramaan app’ and fill up Aadhar No, Mobile No, E-Mail Id of Operator and submit button.
Submit OTP which received on Operator mobile No and E-Mail Id. App will take operator on screen – enter name as per Aadhaar – click on checkbox scan the press Yes. App will display instructions and guidelines for face scan. Read carefully and click continue and press proceed. App will capture face of Operator.
Step-3 – Process for authentication of Pensioner :-
After Operator Authentication a screen opens for Pensioner Authentication – Enter Aadhaar No, Mobile No and E-Mail Id of pensioner (E-Mail ID is not mandatory) – click submit button- enter OTP – submit button. Enter following details of Pensioner :-
Full Name as per Aadhaar of pensioner
Type of Pension
Sanctioning Authority
Disbursing Agency
PPO Number
Account Number (Pension)
Click on the declarations and submit button
A permission to confirm will appear on the screen. Tick box of consent and permission for scan. App will take Pensioner on screen – click on scan –The process for scanning face of pensioner will begin.
After face scanning of pensioner, DLC submission appears on the mobile screen alongwith the Pramaan ID and PPO No.
